Provider Agreement

By applying you agree to the following terms.

1. Independent Contractor

You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Wat-U-Need Ltd. You set your own hours and accept jobs at your discretion.

2. Service Standards

You must maintain a minimum 4.0 star rating. Providers below 3.5 stars for 30 consecutive days may be suspended pending review.

3. Commission & Fees

WUN charges 0% commission for your first 3 months. After that, 12% platform fee applies to completed bookings, covering payment processing, insurance, and platform costs.

4. Identity Verification

All providers must submit valid government ID before going live. WUN reserves the right to decline any application without explanation.

5. Conduct

Treat all customers with respect and professionalism. Discrimination, harassment, or fraud results in immediate suspension and potential legal action.

6. Payouts

Payouts are processed weekly to your nominated account. Minimum balance of $50 required. WUN is not responsible for banking or PayPal delays.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Saint Lucia.
